- Job Title: Executive Assistant
- Location: Durango, CO
- Description: The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted right-hand to the C-Suite, supporting both the CEO and COO with hands-on executive administrative management alongside growing corporate support. This role will operate at the center of a fast-moving, early-stage, PE-backed company, managing the C-Suite’s time and priorities, keeping key initiatives moving, and ensuring the C-Suite runs smoothly as Entrada scales its project pipeline. Entrada expects to grow quickly, and this role is built to grow with it. The right person will start by owning executive support and take on progressively broader responsibility for cross-functional coordination, human resources, and company-wide operations as the team scales.
- Annual Compensation: [$80,000 to $90,000] based on experience

Responsibilities of the role include:
- Serve as the primary point of support and a force multiplier for the CEO and COO, protecting their time, managing competing priorities, and ensuring follow-through on commitments
- Own the C-Suite’s calendar, travel, and meeting preparation, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and anticipating logistical needs
- Track action items and decisions across leadership and board meetings, following up across the team to drive them to closure
- Plan and coordinate company meetings, offsites, and travel logistics for the leadership team
- Manage day-to-day office administration and vendor relationships as the company scales its Durango headquarters
- Support recruiting logistics, onboarding coordination, and other people-operations tasks
- Handle confidential correspondence, expense management, and other executive support functions with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
- Take on increasing scope as Entrada scales — building the processes, reporting, and internal communications the company will need as it grows
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative, or similar high-trust support role, ideally supporting a CEO or senior executive
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort preparing or refining board- and investor-level materials
- High degree of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, scheduling and project management platforms)
- Experience working within a startup, private equity-backed, or other fast-paced, resource-lean environment strongly preferred
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting founders or executives at an early-stage or growth-stage company
- Comfortable operating without significant infrastructure or precedent, and energized by building processes from scratch
- Low-ego, highly resourceful, and willing to flex between detailed administrative tasks and higher-level work
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly across the leadership team, board, and outside partners
- Ambitious and motivated by a role whose scope grows with the company — Entrada is looking for someone who wants to take on more over time
- Genuine interest in energy, climate, or infrastructure a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Durango, CO
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
