Candidates must be:

• Knowledgeable of beer, wine and craft cocktails
• Available year round; nights, weekends and some holidays are a must
• Willing to cross train in other service roles

2 years of experience in an upscale Casual dining, high volume, full table service establishment required!

Responsibilities:

· Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding our guests through our menu, while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all our food and beverage offerings.

· Take pride in providing timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for.

· Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests.

· Be a team player with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.

· Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment.

· Follow all steps of service.

· Proficiency in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, including the POS system and Credit Card terminals.

· Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.

· Complete sidework tasks before, after and during shirt including but not limited to polishing glassware and silverware, stocking supplies, refilling ice, folding napkins, etc.

· Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and lift up to 10-50 pounds.

· Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Pay: $150.00 - $400.00 per day
