We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include receiving, recording, and organizing payment transactions and information as well as reaching out to customers to schedule payments. This position will also play a key role in maintaining accurate records, tracking upcoming payments, and facilitating effective communication with both customers and internal sales representatives to coordinate timely collections.
