What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Civil Estimator Construction position at Entius?
J. Cumby Construction is a well-established heavy civil infrastructure contractor specializing in water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, underground utilities, and other municipal infrastructure projects.
- Senior Estimator role (~$120K) or a Chief Estimator / Preconstruction Sales leadership position (up to ~$200K) for the right individual.
- Lead the estimating process for complex commercial construction projects, from quantity takeoffs and subcontractor pricing through final bid submission.
- Looking for strong heavy civil estimating experience—water/wastewater is highly preferred, but candidates from other civil construction backgrounds will absolutely be considered. (Residential is not a fit.)
- Work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in winning major infrastructure projects while helping shape the company's future growth.
