Growing Multi Service Company looking for Area Manager to cover large South Florida area (Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Candidate must Be:
Organized, Detailed, Computer Literate, articulate, Bi-lingual (Spanish), able to Multi-task and Prioritize. Must be flexible with hours and days. Must be physically able to walk large properties for inspections and Follow up. Must be able to hire, train and supervise up to 20 employees at different work locations within area, that have different jobs and may possess different skill levels.
Must pass Back Ground check and have a clean DMV report.
