Enticare is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to add to our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as well as in a team environment. We are seeking a candidate who is strong clinically and has the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. The Hearing Care Provider should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, self-sufficient, and have admirable customer service skills.

Candidates must be a fully licensed to dispense hearing aids and enjoy helping those people that need it most.

The Role:

- Provides excellent customer service and maintains good public relations

- Administers diagnostic testing procedures to determine the extent of patient’s impairment and prognosis for improvement

- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education

- Documents patient care effectively through written communication

- Coordinates with other service areas to ensure proper patient care

- Strong time management skills that allow the hearing health care provider to successfully manage their schedule and see patients in a timely manner

- Commitment to staying up to date on the latest hearing-related research to provide patients with the solutions available

- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio

- Demonstrates sensitivity to patient comfort and privacy

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as requested

Requirements

- Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in Arizona

- Hearing Instrument specialist- 2 years of experience preferred

Work Location:

- Chandler - main office

- Willingness to cover other offices on occasion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
