Responsibilities
- Execute basic performance component installations, including aftermarket intake systems, cat-back and axle-back exhausts, and standard brake service/upgrades.
- Collaborate directly with the engineering and R&D team to test-fit prototype and pre-production aftermarket parts.
- Verbally communicate and document any fitment issues, hardware discrepancies, or installation clearances encountered during test-fitting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring tools and shop equipment are properly cared for and returned after use.
- Conduct pre- and post-installation visual checks to ensure all work meets quality standards and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and provide objective, clear feedback to product developers and engineers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to report fitment concerns, part clearances, or hardware defects immediately.
- High standard for shop cleanliness, tool organization, and safe work procedures
- Hands-on experience performing basic automotive repair or aftermarket installations (intakes, exhausts, brakes, or suspension service).
