Job Summary:
As a Cashier at our Entertainment Venue, you will be the face of our Venue, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. You will handle transactions, answer customer inquiries, and play a vital role in upholding our commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Accurately process customer purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, including providing change and receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for cash handling and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier in a retail setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (POS) is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Flexibility to work according to business needs and scheduling requirements.
