LMG is seeking an Inventory Recording Coordinator to support inventory accuracy, asset tracking, and equipment documentation across our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, RFID tagging, asset identification, and equipment data management to ensure operational visibility and accountability throughout the equipment lifecycle.
This position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and equipment readiness by ensuring every asset is properly identified, documented, and tracked. What You’ll Be Doing
As the Inventory Recording Coordinator, you will support equipment tracking, inventory documentation, RFID management, and asset record accuracy across warehouse operations.
- RFID Tagging & Asset Identification – Assign, install, and maintain RFID tags on equipment while ensuring accurate asset identification and tracking
- Inventory Record Management – Maintain detailed equipment records including manufacturer information, model numbers, serial numbers, dimensions, weights, and asset specifications
- Photo Documentation – Capture and upload equipment photos to support inventory accuracy and asset identification requirements
- Data Accuracy & Quality Control – Verify inventory information, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records within inventory management systems
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Warehouse Operations, Quality Control, Shipping, and Logistics teams to ensure inventory records remain current and accurate
- Asset Disposal Support – Assist with de-badging, record updates, and documentation for equipment being sold, retired, or recycled
- Inventory Auditing & Verification – Support inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliation activities, and asset verification projects
- Equipment Handling Support – Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and processing equipment while ensuring inventory records remain accurate throughout equipment movement
- Reporting & Issue Resolution – Generate progress updates, identify inventory discrepancies, and support resolution efforts to maintain data integrity

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Experience working with inventory systems, databases, RFID technology, or asset management software preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable working with technology, data entry, and inventory tracking systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or audiovisual industry experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed while supporting warehouse operations
