This position would be located at one of our following locations. Antelope, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn and The Sacramento International Airport. (This territory has branches in Grass Valley and Truckee as well. Employees may be asked to help out at these locations on occasion).
A Mangement Trainee will work at 2 or 3 different locations, ranging anywhere from 3-6 months at a time during the 9 month training program. Our hours of operation is 7:30am until 6pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 9am until 12pm. Employees work a 45 hour work week. Flagship locations are 7 day a week operations. This would include Roseville and The Sacramento International Airport. Schedules are made 5 weeks in advance.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

- Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $57,310.00 and a 45 hour work week. Our branch is open from 7:30am until 6:00pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday from 9am until Noon. Downtown Sacramento and The Sacramento International Airport are 7 day locations. The Sacramento Airport is open from 6am until Midnight 365 days a year. The Roseville Automall location is open from 9am until 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- This position requires a valid CA Drivers license
- Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership. (military, athletic/team activities, community, social or academic organizations.)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be ok with a 45 hour work week.
- Must be ok with working two Saturdays per month and work weekends at our Airport location or the Roseville Automall location.
- Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent-a-Car or any other Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 months.
- Must have a current California drivers license.
