We are looking to hire rising Seniors for our Summer Management Trainee Internship (Graduating in August 2026, December 2026 or May 2027). This internship is full time, requiring 35-40 hours/week. We are looking to hire interns for our Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY offices, offering a pay of $15.00 / hour.
Responsibilities
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
- Must be graduating in August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027 enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program for the up coming semester in a college or university.
- Must be able to start and attend our orientation class on 5/11/2026 and make a 10-12 week commitment
- Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
- Will consider leadership experience in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service or military in lieu of the work experience.
- Will consider experience as a student athlete in lieu of the work experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
