Key Responsibilities
- Taking incoming calls from customers for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries
- Providing information and resolution for customers on rental needs, policies, and procedures
- Managing outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing directions and assistance to customers as needed
