A key partner in our organization, the Business Manager oversees all aspects of financial management and provides balance to the partnership formed with the marketing and operational pieces of our business. The pay for this position is $16 / hr and is an in-person role reporting to our administrative office located at 7111 W. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
- Work closely with rental branches and other departments
- Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
- Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
- Assist in accounting schedules & filing
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance with at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2026 - May 2027
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
- Must be able to work 25 -40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- 10 - 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May
