Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Identify risks, conduct quality reviews, and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate project status and escalate critical concerns to stakeholders
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on scope and dependencies
- Enhance project processes, templates, and audit mechanisms
- Mentor junior project managers and support team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-team initiatives
- PMP certification highly preferred
- Deep expertise in project lifecycle management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Strong background in business case development and solution evaluation
- Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and balance competing priorities
- Excellent skills in negotiation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and proficiency in Azure DevOps
