Job Description
The qualified candidate will work with a team of support staff to resolve end-user phone, chat, and email requests for computer-related issues including operating system, application, system, device configuration, and performance issues. The service desk administration team also advises users on techniques and actions to avoid common issues in the future, where applicable, and provides documentation in the form of internal ticket-system documentation and Knowledge Base articles to assist with troubleshooting efforts in the future on similar trouble calls.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in information technology related field, such as but not limited to information technology, information science, computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields

Federal Government Clearance:
This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
