The Master Electrician will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, coordinate with project managers and technical teams, and provide guidance to junior electricians and technicians. This role also involves documenting work performed, participating in project planning, and supporting continuous improvement of electrical standards and practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of electricity and applicable electrical codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Electrical Work experience, including installation, wiring, and system integration.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex electrical and power-related issues.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to low-voltage, networking, and control systems.
- Current Master Electrician license in Texas (or ability to obtain), with proven experience in commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong safety awareness, familiarity with NEC and local codes, and experience working with IT and networking infrastructure is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, work independently and in teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple projects.
