Role - Unified Communications (UC) Engineer
Location - Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
Overview
We’re looking for a UC Engineer with strong voice protocol expertise and hands-on experience building and supporting modern communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement new Unified Communications solutions based on business needs.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve systemic issues.
• Analyze infrastructure performance and recommend scalable improvements.
• Provide architectural guidance for both system and network components.
• Deploy and troubleshoot voice applications, including call center platforms and virtual agents.
• Perform diagnostics using packet analysis and Linux-based tools.
Required Skills
• Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, SDP, TLS, and modern voice applications.
• Strong Linux skills (scripting tools: grep, awk, tcpdump, vmstat).
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of HTTPS, DNS, SAML, and related web protocols.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies (Ethernet, VLANs, routing).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary : $45 - $50
