Job Overview:
BILH Behavioral Services is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in a behavioral health and addiction treatment setting. This role focuses on providing high-quality, compassionate care while promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions to treatment, and safety status
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care planning
- Foster a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN License Or Compact
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
