Job Title: Oracle CC&B Developer / Consultant
Location: Irving, NY (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $55-$60/hr. on w2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) Developer/Consultant to support and enhance utility billing systems built on Oracle Customer Care and Billing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in utility domain processes, billing configurations, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Oracle CC&B.
- Configure billing rules, rate structures, and customer service workflows.
- Develop and support integrations with external systems (MDM, payment gateways, CRM).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience with Oracle CC&B.
- Strong knowledge of CC&B modules (Billing, Payments, Customer Service).
- Exposure with Java, SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
- Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and middleware integrations.
- Understanding of utility domain (electricity, gas, or water).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary : $55 - $60
