Loan Specialist - Logan, UT (In-Office)

This is an in-office position, 5 days a week, located in Logan, Utah.    

The ideal candidate for the Loan Specialist position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

·        Process construction loan endorsements.

·        Prepare payoff quotes and assist with loan payoffs.

·        Review and prepare loan files for modification.

·        Assist with modification funding.

·        Provide support for insurance monitoring.

·        Maintain accurate documentation and records.

·        Provide cross-functional coverage as business needs require.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·        Excellent attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently and take initiative.

·        Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads.

·        Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

·        Banking, lending, loan servicing, or construction lending experience preferred.
