Position Summary
We are seeking professional, reliable Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing team. In this role, you will safeguard client stores, protect personnel and property, and help maintain a safe, orderly environment. Responsibilities include supporting operations, controlling site access, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entrances to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility (interior and exterior)
- De-escalate conflicts or disruptive guests.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity
Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Maryland Security Guard Certification.
- Prior experience in Unarmed security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with State Police guidelines.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills.

- Physical fitness and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
Uniform & Equipment
- Ability to purchase a Class A Black uniform.
- Radios or communication equipment may be issued.
Work Conditions
- Shifts include afternoon, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Both indoor and outdoor assignments.
- Must respond within 2-4 hours of notice (for emergency staffing).
