Head of Applied Epic Integration & Operations
Remote (Hybrid option available near Tarrytown, NY)
$115K–$135K base performance bonus
We’re hiring a leader to own Applied Epic end-to-end across a growing insurance platform with 6 active branches and an expanding acquisition pipeline.
Two locations are activating now, with four more behind it. This role will define how Applied Epic is structured, how workflows operate, and how new agencies are integrated into the platform.
This is a build and ownership role with full executive backing.
What you’ll own
- Define and standardize workflows across all branches (new business, renewals, endorsements, certificates)
- Lead onboarding of acquired agencies into Applied Epic
- Establish data standards and drive consistency across the organization
- Shape how our platform operates as we scale
What we’re looking for
- Deep Applied Epic experience (required)
- Insurance agency or brokerage background
- Proven experience building or standardizing workflows across teams or locations
- Ability to simplify complex processes and drive real adoption
This role reports to the Vice President of Operations and will play a key role in building the operational foundation of the company, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as we grow.
