Trains and supports customers in the use of products and software, provides technical support
and on-site repair services to customers
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work directly with our end-users providing in-depth training to introduce dental professionals/resellers to the
field of CAM technology for our CNC milling and grinding machines as well as our software (DentalCAM &
DentalCNC); such trainings are provided both on-site as well as by means of on-demand virtual sessions and
online webinars.
2. Train end-users in operating products through online or on-site courses after installation of the product
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC and CAD/CAM software and hardware issues.
4. Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote-
control software (e.g. TeamViewer)
5. Occasionally provide repair and maintenance work on machines, in-house and on-site.
6. Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED TRAVEL: up to 30%
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR’S TITLE: Service Manager
LOCATION: Remote
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
2. Excellent communication skills. Friendly and polite solution-oriented customer service mindset.
3. Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required.
4. Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team.
5. Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Prior CNC and CAD/CAM experience
2. Dental office or dental laboratory experience (e.g. as Certified Dental Technician)
3. Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repair
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Technical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
3. Driver’s License
