Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repair 1. Provide repair and maintenance work on CNC milling machines, in-house in Long Island NY and occasionally on-site. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and CAD/CAM software or hardware issues. 3. Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote control software (e.g. TeamViewer)

Trains and supports customers in the use of products and software, provides technical support and on-site repair services to customers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work directly with our end-users providing in-depth training to introduce dental professionals/resellers to the

field of CAM technology for our CNC milling and grinding machines as well as our software (Dental CAM &

Dental he search is for the position Technical Repair and Support Specialist. Basically the same as last time.

But we’re looking for somebody local, that can commute to the office on a daily basis.

The candidate doesn’t necessarily have to come with experience in the dental industry.

Hourly range for this position is $30 - $33/hour benefits.CNC); such trainings are provided both on-site as well as by means of on-demand virtual sessions and

online webinars.

2. Train end-users in operating products through online or on-site courses after installation of the product

3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC and CAD/CAM software and hardware issues.

4. Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote-

control software (e.g. TeamViewer)

5. Occasionally provide repair and maintenance work on machines, in-house and on-site.

6. Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED TRAVEL: up to 25% This contains day trips, as well es occasional overnight trips (no longer than 2 days in a row).

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

1. High School diploma or equivalent

2. Technical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area

3. Driver’s License
