The Measurement Automation Technician is responsible for working with Engineering and Pipeline Operations. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Install measurement, communication and SCADA equipment.
- Program, configure, and commission a variety of Liquid and Gas Flow computers, RTU's and controls equipment.
- Daily use of computer laptop, applications software for various types of equipment.
- Install Gas, Liquid, and NGL measurement equipment.
- Repair and replace communication equipment.
- Diagnose and repair Analytical Equipment.
- Coordinate with Engineering on installation, work with Pipeline Operations, and coordinate with Liquids and Gas Control Centers.
