- Performing laboratory analysis (primarily gas chromatograph) for custody quality measurement and product quality control.
- Providing technical support for gas chromatographs in the regional area.
- Managing laboratory data for the region.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry is required.
- OR in lieu of degree, 5 years extensive industry experience with gas chromatography (both operation and maintenance) and other analytical methods commonly used in the NGL and Natural Gas industry.
- Experience with chromatography (both operation and maintenance), Wet Chemistry, GPA, ASTM, and UOP test methods in the NGL/Petrochemical Industries.
- SQC experience in a laboratory environment, supporting charts and standard laboratory data systems.
- Develop Chromatography specialized test methods and statistical data methods of quality of control.
- Possess a strong commitment to personal and job safety.
- Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
- Must possess basic computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications including spreadsheet and word processing.
- Good verbal/written communication skills, decision making skills and a strong work ethic.
- Must be accountable and self-driven to learn, and to continuously develop and improve his/her skills through both formalized and on the job training.
