Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Transformation Lead / Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, driving business process transformation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programs from planning through go-live.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
- Drive business process transformation and Oracle Cloud implementation activities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, training, and deployment.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of ERP Program/Project Management experience.
- Strong experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, SCM, Procurement, or related modules.
- Experience managing large enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, integrations, testing, and change management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Previous experience leading global Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.
