We are seeking an experienced Program Director / PMO Director to lead a large-scale healthcare data integration and analytics modernization program. This role is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide initiatives that unify clinical, operational, and financial data into a decision-support ecosystem that drives measurable improvements in care delivery and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Establish and direct a Program Management Office (PMO) for enterprise healthcare data and analytics initiatives.
- Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risk management, and compliance across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, clinical operations, finance, strategy, quality, and external partners).
- Facilitate communication, build consensus, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
Delivery & Execution
- Direct large-scale healthcare data integration projects (e.g., EHR optimization, interoperability, clinical workflow automation, enterprise analytics platforms).
- Oversee system testing, adoption, and change management to ensure successful implementation.
- Track and report on KPIs and program outcomes to demonstrate value realization.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor program and project managers.
- Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and reporting.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10 years of program and project management experience, including enterprise-scale data integration and healthcare analytics programs.
- Proven success managing large, multi-project portfolios in highly regulated or complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Expertise with PMO governance frameworks (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Experience in healthcare IT, data integration, analytics platforms, or digital transformation strongly desired.
