Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

What you’ll do
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive home-like environment
- Assist with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas, following aseptic techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Basic qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic physiology
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in long-term care, dementia care or assisted living environments
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as PCC
- Background in geriatrics, Alzheimer's, dementia care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
