- Service Calls: Drive to assigned service locations to perform electrical service calls, including troubleshooting,
- Involvement and support in special projects as needed
- Leadership: Lead and supervise Service Technician Helpers or apprentices assigned to your team, providing
- Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety during all service calls, ensuring that you and your team follow

- Documentation: Accurately document all work completed, including service reports, invoices, and any

- Stamina – Ability to work long hours, frequently standing, bending, or kneeling for extended periods.
- Strength & Dexterity – Must lift 50 lbs and have the upper body strength and manual dexterity to handle tools, wiring, and heavy materials.
- Flexibility – Capable of working in tight spaces, elevated areas, and awkward positions.
- Vision – Excellent vision, including color perception, to accurately identify wires and components.
- Coordination & Balance – Strong hand-eye coordination and balance for precise work on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms.
- Other Requirements – Must be able to handle a physical workload, possess personal tools, and have a clean MVR history.
