Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities within the construction sector. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Duties
- CAD, REvit & 3D modeling of preconstruction and As Built Documents.
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Support the project estimating process by utilizing software such as Project Sight and ProCore.
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Review contracts specifications and scope of work and assist in managing compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress tickets and assist in pricing changes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices on construction sites.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and correspondence.
- Coordinate labor force and individual project labor requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools such as Project Sight and ProCore is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
- Experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D for site design is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork.
- Previous experience working on construction sites is advantageous.

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
