Are you a seasoned OneStream Architect looking to lead a high-visibility digital transformation project in the federal government? Enterprise e-Support is seeking a Senior OneStream Solution Architect / Technical Lead with 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing OneStream CPM/EPM platform solutions to spearhead the modernization of the Financial Management Division of a U.S. federal government agency.
In this role, you will lead the configuration, deployment, and integration of OneStream SaaS to automate core Financial Closeout, Payroll Reconciliation, Commitment/Obligation tracking, and Narrative Reporting—decommissioning legacy SQL/Access databases and establishing direct data streaming pipelines with AWS Cloud data lakes and core federal financial engines (FFMS/SAP).

- Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead the solution design and technical implementation of OneStream modules for Financial Closeout, Payroll Roster Matching, Commitments/Obligations, and Guided/Narrative Reporting.
- Data Integration Pipeline Engineering: Deploy and configure OneStream’s Smart Integration Connector (SIC) to build secure, automated, bi-directional data flows between OneStream, AWS Data Lake / Databricks, and DHS FFMS/SAP.
- Legacy System Modernization: Lead the automated migration of business logic, historical data, and complex financial queries out of legacy tools (SQL Server / MS Access) into native OneStream business rules.
- Shared Tenant & Multi-Vendor Governance: Co-chair a Joint Release Control Board (JRCB) alongside parallel budget (PPBE) integrators to manage code promotions, single sign-on (ICAM), and platform upgrades (refactoring to OneStream v9.0 ) without deployment conflicts.
- Agile Execution & Compliance: Partner with agency financial SMEs in 2-to-4 week Agile sprints (Jira/Confluence), maintaining NIST SP 800-53, Section 508 accessibility, and DHS 4300A cybersecurity standards.
- U.S. Citizenship: Mandatory per federal contract requirements (non-U.S. citizens cannot be cleared).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing OneStream CPM/EPM platform solutions.
- Demonstrated experience deploying OneStream Smart Integration Connector (SIC) or direct cloud database connectors.
- Proven experience with financial closeouts, account reconciliations, payroll roster matching, or general ledger integration.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile development teams using Jira and Confluence.
- Clearance: Active DHS Suitability or the ability to clear a federal background investigation.
- Certifications: Certified OneStream Lead Architect / Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or PMP.
- Federal Domain Knowledge: Experience with federal accounting systems, Treasury GTAS reporting, DHS TIER submissions, AWS Data Lake, or FFMS/SAP core financials.
- Legacy Migration Experience: Background in decommissioning legacy desktop databases (MS Access / SQL Server) and refactoring custom queries into cloud business logic.
- OneStream Version 9.0 : Hands-on experience with or familiarity with OneStream v9 platform architecture and upgrade refactoring.
