Job Description Summary

This position will support two major initiatives at Enterprise, the Equitable Path Forward and Partner Sustainability initiatives, which together are co-managed through the Partner Sustainability & Growth team in close coordination with Enterprise’s Capital Division.

Job Description

Equitable Path Forward is a cross-divisional $3.5 billion nationwide initiative to help economically and socially disadvantaged developers gain access to capital and resources. Launched in 2020, Equitable Path Forward (EPF) pursues three goals:

  • Filling the capital gap created by a lack of access to financing
  • Strengthening providers through advisory services and other non-financial support
  • Creating new career pathways to broaden leadership in real estate

Working with our EPF partners, we have met each of these goals, exceeding our expectations and ensuring lasting change in communities across the country. To date, we have partnered with over 100 developers, deployed over $1.2 billion of Enterprise capital, and leveraged over $6 billion (exceeding our $3.5 billion goal) of additional resources. This work has resulted in the production or preservation of over 11,000 home by EPF partners.
