Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Developer / Technical Consultant to support the expansion and ongoing development of a growing IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Maximo customizations, workflows, reporting, and integrations, along with outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with functional and technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working across both SaaS and on-perm Maximo environments, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain IBM Maximo (7.6.1.3 and Maximo SaaS) customizations, configurations, and enhancements
- Establish and enforce design standards, architecture guidelines, and UI consistency across Maximo applications
- Develop, customize, and maintain BIRT reports, including complex data outputs
- Configure and develop Maximo workflows to support business processes and approval chains
- Perform system testing, debugging, peer code reviews, and support change management processes
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems
- Coordinate deployments and updates across SaaS and on-prem Maximo / Mobile for Maximo environments
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and system standards
- Collaborate with business users and mentor internal team members on Maximo best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo development and customizations
- 3 years of experience in Maximo report development
- Strong hands-on experience with BIRT Report Designer
- Proven experience with Maximo Workflow configuration and development
- Experience working with Maximo 7.6.1.3 and Maximo SaaS environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Maximo 7.6 deployments
- Hands-on experience supporting Maximo SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with Mobile for Maximo
- Experience integrating Maximo with enterprise systems (ERP, financial, or asset systems)
Salary : $40 - $50
