Summary
Job Description:

Leads the teller area to make sure daily items are completed with accuracy.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists branch management with overall daily workflow of tellers including working a teller drawer.
- Act as the teller first contact and can answer general questions about branch operations , policies, and procedures.
- Leads the teller area to make sure daily items are completed and accurate.
- Manages cash vault and cash limits.
- Orders and/ or ships cash as needed.
- Audits teller drawers, cashier’s checks & Money Orders.
- Audits teller due to differences, responsible to try to locate differences, as needed.
- Balances ATM
- Performs essential duties and responsibilities of a teller
- Assists branch management in quarterly unit assessment
- Participates in opening and closing the branch, following procedures set by corporate security
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, customer service and strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and make recommendations of other bank products and services through proactive conversations with clients
- Thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures, compliance, and banking regulations.
- Team oriented, possesses a positive attitude and works well with others.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years banking experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferred
- Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
