Join us in the pursuit of our mission to guide people to a lifetime of financial success, and enjoy a career filled with professional growth opportunities, interesting colleagues and the satisfaction of supporting our communities. Together, there’s no stopping you!Job Title:SBA Servicing OfficerJob Description:SUMMARYThe position of SBA Servicing Officer under the supervisory direction of the SBA Servicing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining overall compliance of the existing SBA loan portfolio.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHandle all servicing requests (including, but not limited to deferments, collateral substitutions, restructures and assumptions) requested by a borrower.Collect and analyze annual financial information from clients.Monitor loans for possible risk rating changes. Monitor classified loans on a quarterly basis using the Special Attention Credit (SAC) report.Ensure financial statements, tax returns, recorded documents and UCC ticklers are current and properly maintained.Assist with follow up on any delinquent loan accounts.Conduct post-closing audit to comply with credit display and loan authorizations.Monitor and maintain performance-based loans according to policy.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of and adherence to Bank operational policies and applicable compliance regulations as they relate to the specific job duties assigned.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of your duties and responsibilities as it relates to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations (OFAC). This includes participating in any required training and promptly complying with all reporting requirements.Demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of and adherence to EEO/AA policy; promote a working environment free of harassment of any type.Perform the job safely and report potentially unsafe conditions.Make a personal contribution to the Bank’s Cyber Security efforts through your own observation, suspicion and vigilance. Experience should consist of financial analyzing and loan servicing of SBA loans.Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and emailExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks while working in a fast paced department.Proficiency with personal computers and related software.Work involves sitting, occasional walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.COMPENSATION: Salary Range $51,574 - $72,204. Salary : $51,570 - $72,200
