Role Description
This is a hybrid in-person/remote role for a Job Captain at Entero Architects. The Job Captain will be responsible for collaborating with project teams to develop and execute architectural designs, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and codes, and managing project documentation. Additionally, the Job Captain will oversee the preparation of construction documents, participate in client meetings, and monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Architectural Design and Project Management skills
- Experience in coordinating with consultants and contractors
- Proficiency in managing project documentation and construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is a plus
- Minimum 5 years working in Architecture or a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $66,788.59 - $80,433.57 per year
