Job Summary/Purpose

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Administers training programs to ensure the availability of qualified and licensed personnel.
- Interfaces with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials and programs using the systematic approach to training.
- Administers and coordinates training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned.
Minimum education required for the position
- 5 years of nuclear plant experience (commercial or military) or a B.S. Degree in Education, Engineering, or related technical degree or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in the associated line organization.
- Desired: 3 years previously licensed as BWR SRO.
- Technical proficiency in the assigned area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license or certification on BWR, PWR or both.
