Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Research assigned portions of a project, documents sources and works with relevant stakeholders inside and outside of department to ensure relevancy.
- Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to senior analysts.
- Supports the review of functions and structures of business areas to avoid overlap and duplication.
- Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
- Performs quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.
- Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts.
- Provide support to CAP programs which might include assisting with administrative tasks.
- Support outreach events and charitable program tasks (e.g., donation receipts and partner coordination for customer/employee giving).
- Collaborate with team members and community organizations to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance service delivery to low-income customers.
- Agency relationship management (state and local community action agencies) as well as proactive stakeholder engagement.
Minimum education required of the position
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree.
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
- Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
