WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Assist the IT support team with daily help desk operations, including responding to tickets and resolving technical issues.
- Shadow experienced technicians to learn best practices in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new technologies, helping prepare equipment and configurations.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to streamline future support.
- Take part in team meetings, contributing your ideas and gaining insights into project management.
- Support special projects as assigned, allowing you to explore various areas within IT.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn!
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- A desire to contribute to a team, while also being able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN:Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 6PM
Compensation: $18 per hour, non-exempt position, paid internship.
