Enter Insurance is seeking licensed Florida 2-20 Insurance Agents to join our growing team as independent 1099 producers.

This opportunity is designed for licensed agents who want to focus on new business production while having access to multiple insurance carriers, sales opportunities, and agency support.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact and follow up with prospective customers
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance
• Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate options
• Follow up on leads and open quotes
• Develop new business and customer relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures

Requirements:

• Active Florida 2-20 Insurance License
• Sales-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with multiple carriers and quoting systems
• Bilingual Spanish/ English is a plus

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation: Commission-based, including eligible renewal commissions.

Enter Insurance está buscando Agentes de Seguros con licencia 2-20 activa en Florida para integrarse a nuestro equipo como productores independientes bajo modalidad 1099.

Buscamos agentes con enfoque comercial que quieran desarrollar nuevas ventas, construir una cartera de clientes y crecer dentro de una agencia que les proporciona acceso a múltiples compañías, leads y soporte operativo.

Responsabilidades:

• Contactar y dar seguimiento a clientes potenciales
• Cotizar y vender pólizas de seguros
• Trabajar los leads proporcionados por la agencia
• Identificar las necesidades de cobertura del cliente
• Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones abiertas
• Generar nuevas ventas y desarrollar relaciones con clientes
• Mantener la documentación correspondiente y seguir los procedimientos de la agencia

Requisitos:

• Licencia Florida 2-20 activa
• Orientación a ventas y resultados
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente
• Manejo básico de sistemas de cotización y herramientas digitales
• Inglés y español es un plus

Tipo de contratación: Contratista independiente – 1099
Compensación: Basada en comisiones comisiones por renovaciones elegibles.
