The Quality Inspector position is to ensure the quality of work is maintained pertaining to civil, mechanical, and electrical work on buildings 1 and 2 at the Terre Haute site. As the owner’s representative, this person will work with the ENTEK team and have a professional relationship with all contractors to ensure quality work is performed and mitigated by reporting to the Director of Construction.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Observation and Inspection of civil, mechanical, and electrical work being performed by non-direct contractors and direct contractors at the Terre Haute site.
- Write daily reports on items observed and report daily to the Director of Construction.
- Work daily with ENTEK PMs on locations needing observations and inspection
- Submit daily issues to the team for resolution immediately, as seen
- Work with contractors on the locations of key work areas needed for inspection
- Attend the morning work briefing with contractors and the team
- Offer resolutions to the ENTEK team for issues that arise
Essential Functions
- Observe and report on the inspection of work
- Reporting daily
- Attend meetings as required
- Take directions from the Director and Pm’s
- Professional attitude with all members of the team and contractors
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of Relevant Experience to include:
- Mechanical and equipment installation in a heavy industrial setting
- Civil experience with dirt work and concrete pours
- Experience working closely with several contractors at once on a large job site
- Prefer some electrical knowledge
