What You’ll DoAs a Planner Scheduler Level 4, you’ll provide strategic leadership for planning and scheduling across ENTEK’s most complex and high-impact projects. You’ll work closely with project and executive leadership to ensure schedule integrity, risk visibility, and best-in-class project execution.
In This Role, You Will
- Define and enforce planning and scheduling standards and governance
- Lead development and approval of complex project baselines
- Oversee schedule risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Advise leadership on schedule feasibility and tradeoffs
- Support change management, claims, and executive decision-making
- Mentor and develop planners and schedulers across all levels
- Drive continuous improvement in planning tools and methods
- Represent ENTEK in senior-level internal and external discussions
- Ensure one controlled, approved schedule baseline per project
- Identify systemic schedule risks and improvement opportunities
- Influence execution strategy through planning insight
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- More than ten (10) years of progressive planning and scheduling experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software
- Deep understanding of EPC, engineering, construction, or industrial manufacturing sequencing
- Executive-level communication and leadership skills
- High level of professional judgment and accountability
- Experience supporting enterprise-level capital projects
- Experience with schedule governance and portfolio oversight
- Experience leading schedule risk and recovery planning
- Experience in mentoring planning teams across multiple levels
