- Work alongside a team to complete installs on time and up to company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and best practices
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a great customer experience
- Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, time, and work performed)
- 2 year of residential HVAC installation experience. Commercial experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and basic electrical
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and required Washington certifications/licenses
- Take pride in clean, high-quality installs
- Want to grow into a lead installer or senior technician role
- Enjoy working in a team that values accountability and craftsmanship
