Technical Lead- Microsoft Dynamics

Entech is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Engineer to design, build, and modernize scalable cloud solutions and integrations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving engineering best practices, leading technical delivery, and bridging Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse with custom AWS cloud-native services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Architecture, Engineering, Product, and Data to build high-performing, automated, and secure integration ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Integration: Design, develop, and support robust integration architectures connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and AWS environments.
• API & Service Development: Build high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs, custom microservices, cloud-native solutions, and process automation.
• Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end technical execution, provide architectural design guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Leverage GitHub, automated CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices to ensure continuous, reliable, and scalable software delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Drive system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational support across core environments.
• Platform Modernization: Actively identify opportunities to modernize existing architecture, automate manual workflows, and champion continuous operational improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable technical implementations.

Qualifications:

Must have 8 year of relevant industry experience in:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, customizations, plugins, and Dataverse API architectures.
• AWS Cloud & Integrations: Strong expertise with core AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, IAM) and enterprise application integration patterns.

Technical Proficiencies & Experience:

• Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Proficiency with version control, automated testing, and CI/CD tools (specifically GitHub / GitHub Actions).
• Solid background in system troubleshooting, monitoring tooling, and production support for cloud-native platforms.
• Proven track record in technical leadership, solution architecture, and peer mentoring.
• Strong communication skills and experience working within Agile/Scrum cross-functional team structures.
