Head of Growth
📍 Malvern, PA (Hybrid – Client Facing)
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead and execute the next phase of our expansion. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who can both close deals and build a high-performing sales engine.
This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be expected to drive new revenue, expand existing accounts, and elevate how we sell as an organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the company’s growth strategy across new and existing clients
- Actively generate and close new business (this is a selling role)
- Lead, coach, and develop a growth team (starting around 5 people)
- Build structure, accountability, and consistency across the sales process
- Improve how we qualify, pursue, and close deals
- Expand key accounts through deeper, multi-threaded relationships
- Partner with leadership to shape growth strategy and market positioning
- Play a key role in how we bring emerging capabilities (including AI) into client conversations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in IT solutions / consulting sales
- Experience scaling growth within a services-based business
- Strong network and ability to turn relationships into revenue
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Track record of personally closing deals and exceeding targets
- Builder mindset—you’ve helped grow something, not just maintained it
