What Youll Do
Office Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office space. Keep an eye on office supplies inventory and place orders before things run out.
Communication & Reception: Assist with incoming phone callsrouting them to the right person or taking detailed messages. Help out with professional client communications.
Mail & Logistics: Manage all incoming and outgoing packages and mail.
Data & Clerical Tasks: Perform accurate data entry and support the broader administrative team with clerical duties, including typing up correspondence and basic reports.
Digital/Social Support: Potentially assist the team with some basic, foundational social media updates or projects.
What We Are Looking For
