Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Understanding or coursework related to HR Management and Personnel Management.
- Basic familiarity with HR Policies and employee-related procedures.
- Interest or introductory knowledge in Employee Benefits administration.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities and professional interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systems.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Troy, MI and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a paid internship onsite in Troy, MI. We work in partnership with local colleges on credits for graduation.
