Compensation$16.00 per hour and above

• 1st Shift 6:00am 2:00pm Monday Friday

• 2nd Shift 2:00pm 10:00pm Monday Friday

• 3rd Shift 10:00pm 6:00am Sunday Thursday

• Weekend work may be required!

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality automotive components.

Press Operation:

• Loading and unloading materials into press lines, operating machinery, and performing die changeovers.

Assembly:

• Operating assembly line equipment, loading, assembling, and welding parts using established processes.

Quality Control:

• Inspecting parts produced to ensure they meet high-quality standards and completing necessary documentation.

Qualifications Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills:

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects.

• General knowledge of quality systems is a plus. Basic computer skills (ERP system knowledge is a plus).

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to perform occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift.
