Based in New York City, our firm is made of engineers, technologists, environmental scientists, construction professionals, and consultants who are passionate about improving the infrastructure, buildings, and communities that surround us.EnTech seeks a full-time "Senior Scheduler" to support scheduling across multiple agency projects. You'll lead schedule development, analyze progress, and identify risks to help clients stay ahead of delays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Developing and maintaining detailed Primavera P6 schedules for MTA, DDC, DEP, and NYCDOT projects.Managing multiple schedules and providing regular status updates to clients.Analyzing schedules to identify risks, delays, and impacts to critical milestones.Reviewing contract documents and construction plans to ensure schedule accuracy and proper sequencing.Creating WBS structures, estimating durations, and identifying dependencies.Evaluating contractor schedule submittals and recommending corrective actions.Preparing schedule scenarios (“what-if” analyses) and supporting delay or claims evaluations.Required Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience involving building construction and transportation projects.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or BusinessMust be proficient in Primavera P6.Experience with MTA, DEP, DDC, and NYCDOT agencies is strongly preferred.PSP Certification is recommended.Estimated Annual Compensation:$145,000 to $165,000Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
